Weight Loss Wednesday – The Gain

A week of pop instead of water has resulted in a 3 pound gain.  I weighed in at 163lbs this morning.  The gain was bound to happen, and I have no one else but me to blame, but I will be working extra hard this week in order to shed those pesky pounds.  Mike and I are going on a trip in 2 months, and I’d like to feel attractive in a bathing suit by that time 🙂
